1 kg kestena 12 dag secera 1.25 dl vode malo ruma po zelji 4 dl slatkog vrhnja

Preparation

Zarezite kestene i stavite na kratko u zagrijanu pecnicu da se mogu lakse guliti. Oguljene kestene stavimo kuhati u vrucu vodu. Kuhane kestene pasiramo i izmijesamo s kuhanim secerom te dodamo rum. Protisnemo kroz presu za krumpir i odmah serviramo u staklene zdjelice. Ukrasimo tucenim slatkim vrhnjem.
